High & Low Ropes - What is a ropes course?  It is a series of obstacles constructed of various types of materials to provide your team with challenges.  Participants work their way up through the low course elements and then on to the high course elements.

The perception of risk is the catalyst for individuals and groups to benefit from by expanding their comfort zone, team problem solving, and overcoming natural fears.

Laser Clay XPeriences - Laser Clay is a sport which can be enjoyed by anyone. Just like the real thing but totally safe and environmentally friendly. The players use a modified shotgun to fire an infra-red beam at clays that are launched. A module/scoreboard generates the shotgun 'bang' and when a player hits the target it reproduces the sound of a breaking clay. Can accommodate large groups in minimal time.  Available on land or on a boat, day and night.

Scavenger Hunt - This is an activity by all ages.  It incorporates crucial  elements of team interaction, including open communication, creative problem solving, and constant cooperation.  Groups are placed into teams and each team receives a list of materials necessary to complete the hunt.  Materials include directions, cryptic questions and documents to assist.

Many team building challenges can be themed and all require members of each team to work together to achieve a common objective using the information and equipment supplied.  Team building programs can also be run indoors and where appropriate we can utilise the skills of experienced, qualified management trainers.
